Features

One piece casting polyurethane base eliminating corrosion, reducing noise and eliminating bolting down.
Universally available foot mounted vertically vibratory motor or proprietary single flange mounted, purpose built heavy duty vibratory motor.
Side entry or top loading of parts via an off cast polyurethane chute of contoured one piece urethane collector cover.
One pass or multi-pass drying, media from parts separation accomplished by raising or lowering the hinged door and diverting the workmass over the separation screen.
Purpose designed high intensity stainless steel heating band connected directly to the finishing chamber gives maximum heat transfer to the workmass.

Options

High efficiency dust collector system.
A range of polyurethane screen sizes - easily interchangeable.
